Architect — Full-Time | Marbella

Studio SEEDz is looking for an Architect to join our team in Marbella.

The role combines architecture and interior design, working across different stages of residential and hospitality projects — from concept development through technical documentation and construction.

Key responsibilities:

- Architectural and interior design development
- Preparation of drawings and technical documentation in Revit
- Development of 3D models, design presentations and material selections
- Interior layouts, bespoke details and finishes
- Coordination with engineers, consultants, suppliers and contractors
- Development of projects from concept through construction documentation
- Occasional site visits to review progress and coordinate design decisions
- Supporting the team in ensuring design quality, technical feasibility, budgets and timelines

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Strong architectural and interior design skills




- Good proficiency in Revit
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
- Good understanding of materials, detailing and construction
- Strong visual communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across several projects
- Professional working proficiency in English; Spanish is highly valued
- Based in Marbella or able to work full-time on-site in Marbella
