In this role you will own and evolve Factorial's company-wide design system into a scalable product infrastructure that powers AI-native design workflows. You will shape how design systems operate across the org, partnering with design, frontend and product to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences. You’ll build tooling from Figma to code and drive scalable, accessible, pixel-perfect execution. This is a rare chance to lay the foundations for 10x speed and 10x consistency while shaping the product under the product.

Responsabilidades

Lead and scale the design system across the company
Define architecture, tooling, documentation, governance and implementation plan for the design system
Design and implement AI Skills and AI-driven workflows




Build Figma-to-code tooling and plugins to connect design and engineering
Develop evaluation frameworks (Evals) and ensure quality at scale
Collaborate with design, frontend and product to ensure pixel-perfect execution
Promote accessibility, responsiveness and usability across the product
Mentor peers and contribute to AI engineering best practices

Requisitos principales

Experience building AI-powered systems or workflows (not just experiments)
Proven impact with shipped projects or contributions
Product-first thinking xqziphu with end-to-end experience design
Ability to ship quickly with a builder mindset
Strong frontend experience (React, TypeScript) and modern frontend ecosystem
Familiarity with design systems concepts, tokens and component libraries
Experience transforming concepts into production-grade design systems
Ability to collaborate across design, engineering and product
