Mission

As part of a small, passionate, and accomplished team, you will play a key role in coordinating planning, procurement, and execution activities related to avionics, electrical harnesses, and electronic systems across engineering, production, and supply chain functions.

You will act as the primary interface between Engineering, Production, Program Management, Purchasing, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, ensuring the timely availability of materials, services, and technical documentation required for the manufacturing and integration of avionics hardware. You will support planning activities, monitor costs and schedules, track risks and non-conformities, and provide clear visibility of budgets, orders, deliveries, and production progress.

In addition, you will contribute to the industrialization and continuous improvement of electrical and electronic products, supporting the definition and optimization of manufacturing and integration processes, production documentation, BOM structures, tooling specifications, and quality control points.

This role is ideal for an organized and proactive engineer with a strong technical understanding of electrical harnesses, electronic units, avionics hardware, and aerospace manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be capable of communicating effectively with engineering teams while maintaining strong planning, cost control,



and operational discipline within complex aerospace programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze technical data related to avionics, electrical, and electronic systems throughout their manufacturing, integration, testing, and operational lifecycle.
- Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of production and integration activities for avionics equipment, electrical systems, wiring harnesses, panels, and electronic units.
- Review and interpret engineering documentation, electrical schematics, manufacturing drawings, technical specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Track production progress and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Investigate, document, and follow up on manufacturing non-conformities, technical incidents, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to identify risks, resolve technical issues, and drive process improvements.
- Ensure traceability, configuration control, and compliance of avionics and electrical systems throughout manufacturing and integration activities.
- Support industrialization and Design for Manufacturing (DfM) initiatives to improve producibility, quality, and efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities using Lean Manufacturing methodologies and best practices.
- Act as the focal point between Avionics Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure the effective planning, manufacturing, integration, and traceability of onboard electrical and electronic systems.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Experience & Technical Knowledge
- Experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, or industrial environments involving avionics, electrical, or electronic systems.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and integration processes for electrical harnesses, wiring systems, electronic assemblies, and avionics units.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, electrical schematics, manufacturing drawings, engineering documentation, and BOM structures.




- Understanding of production planning and manufacturing execution processes.
- Experience managing non-conformities, production issues, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques and performance indicator reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Odoo, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with project planning and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or similar platforms.

Desired Qualifications

- Experience with electronic and electrical design tools such as Altium Designer.
- Familiarity with CAD/PLM environments such as Siemens NX, Teamcenter, or equivalent platforms.
- Knowledge of aerospace standards related to electrical and electronic systems integration and manufacturing (ECSS, NASA, IPC, or equivalent).
- Project management training or certification (PMI or similar frameworks).
- Experience in high-technology aerospace, aviation, space, or defense programs.
- Participation in Design for Manufacturing (DfM), industrialization, or production optimization projects.
