Experteer Overview
In this hands-on production role you build the AI-enabled backbone of our enterprise software, delivering live, multi-tenant systems with real users. You will implement session/state management, retrieval, and agentic flows that automate multi-step work while ensuring security and compliance. You’ll work across Go/Python backends, S2S integration, and AI-native tooling to deploy scalable, low-latency solutions. This role is ideal for someone who ships production-grade AI-enabled systems and values measurable impact.

• Develop session and context spine with persistent state, identity-based entitlements, and reasoning trail.
• Implement retrieval and grounding across structured data and documents with performance targets.
• Develop document intelligence over manuals, drawings, directives and contracts with citability.

Responsabilidades
• Experience with S2S integration using n8n or Temporal, or MuleSoft, Apache Camel, or Boomi.
• Proficiency in Go and Python.
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS solutions.
• Experience building and scaling AI-native products and GenAI solutions (RAG, embeddings, agent orchestration).
• Experience with AI frameworks/tools such as Pydantic AI, LangChain, and MCP.
• Experience with MCP development and plan-based agentic software development.
• DevOps and cloud-native skills (Docker, Kubernetes, CNCF, CI/CD).
• Experience with API gateways and API products (Kong or Tyk).
• Preferable: optimizing AI services for latency and cost; specification-driven development.
