We are currently partnering with one of Europe's most promising AI Robotics pioneers to hire a Strategic Account Manager as a foundational member of their commercial team.

Backed by top-tier investors, this team builds foundational AI software that gives standard industrial hardware, allowing robots to adapt, reason, and pick complex items in real-time without manual programming.

As one of their first commercial hires, you'll own, retain, and expand their most critical enterprise relationships across 3PL, E-Commerce, E-Grocery, and Fashion logistics.

What You'll Do

- Drive onboarding, adoption, and long-term retention for high-value strategic accounts
- Identify and close commercial expansion opportunities (new sites, higher throughput, software renewals)




- Help design the playbooks and foundation for the Customer Success organization from the ground up
- Partner directly with Product and Engineering to translate client feedback into the technical roadmap

Who You Are

- A proven enterprise or strategic account manager with a background in intralogistics, warehouse automation, robotics, or complex industrial tech
- An adaptable professional thriving in fast-paced, high-growth scale-up environments
- Highly technically adept (an engineering background or high technical affinity is a massive plus)
- Willing to travel up to 50% to be on-site with enterprise partners
