You’ll deliver tasty, well-balanced plates with sharp presentation and work alongside a tight-knit team. You’ll lead during service, support and mentor Commis Chefs, maintain mise-en-place, stock, and hygiene checks, and contribute to seasonal menus while upholding food safety and quality at pace.
