Experteer Overview
In this role you will build and operate a shared authentication and authorization platform for IFS's AI-native enterprise software. You will own production-ready platform capabilities, automate end-to-end delivery, and enable cross-team use with self-service workflows. You’ll work at scale across cloud-native, legacy, and lifecycle hosting environments, shaping secure, reliable access control for enterprise applications. This role offers technical leadership and hands-on coding in a critical platform domain with substantial impact across the engineering org.

• Build and operate platform services, APIs, and automation used by product teams
• Provision, test, and deliver changes with repeatable, version-controlled pipelines
• Develop self-service workflows to reduce manual intervention for developers
• Design and implement authentication and authorization platforms and integrations

Responsabilidades
• Substantial hands-on experience building and operating platforms or shared infrastructure
• Strong coding/scripting skills for infrastructure and automation
• Experience automating provisioning, configuration, deployment, and recovery
• Production experience with Kubernetes and containers
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and GitOps
• Experience building reusable platform capabilities or self-service workflows
• Knowledge of APIs, networks, data stores, and distributed systems behavior
• Technical leadership through design decisions and code reviews
