As Growth Content & Influencer Lead for the Dutch market, you own local content and campaigns that drive sign-ups for an AI-powered SMB communications platform. You’ll craft native Dutch copy, compelling ad scripts, and authentic influencer partnerships to scale presence in Europe. You’ll collaborate with Vienna-based teams to deliver local assets that boost ad performance and conversions.

This high-ownership role combines creative storytelling with data-driven growth in a fast-paced startup setting. The opportunity includes a two-month onboarding phase in Vienna and a foundational role in Barcelona’s new hub.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

65,000–85,000 salary plus equity

Write and optimize Dutch website copy, landing pages, and newsletters

Create engaging ad scripts for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube

Identify, pitch, and manage Dutch influencers and creators

Manage Dutch-language social media channels with regular posting cadence

Collaborate with the Vienna-based performance team to supply localized assets for scaling ads

Requisitos principales

2+ years in content marketing, copywriting, or social media management xugodme in a fast-paced environment

Native-level Dutch and strong English for cross-border collaboration

Experience in at least two of: ad scripting, social media management, influencer outreach, website copywriting

AI-savvy mindset and ability to leverage AI tools creatively to speed workflows
