Real‑time technical support – Provide expert advice to flight crews on MEL dispatch and troubleshooting, ensuring swift issue resolution. ? Remote maintenance oversight – Manage maintenance operations at remote stations, ensuring smooth operations wherever needed. ? AOG recovery – Lead AOG situations, handling fault isolation, parts requests, and recovery actions to minimize downtime.



? Fleet performance management – Oversee deferred defect rectification to maintain optimal fleet performance. ? Fleet status communication – Regularly update and communicate the technical status and operational limitations of the fleet. ? Fleet condition monitoring – Use tools like AIRMAN to analyze the fleet’s condition and implement corrective actions. ? Fault troubleshooting – Identify and resolve intermittent faults, ensuring minimal impact on operations. ? Delay minimization – Monitor technical delays and provide daily reports to minimize disruption to flight schedules. ? Maintenance supervision – Ensure Line Maintenance contractors meet Volotea standards during scheduled maintenance. ?
