About the Role The Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities. The SDR will engage prospects who have shown interest in Amenitiz, identifying their needs, educating them on the product, and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to manage a high volume of inbound inquiries efficiently. Your Mission * Qualify inbound leads by engaging with potential customers via calls, emails, and chat to assess fit. * Educate prospects on the value of the product and generate interest in a demo. * Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead handover and improve conversion rates. * Maintain high-quality data in the CRM (HubSpot) for accurate forecasting. * Prioritize inbound inquiries to maximize engagement and conversion. * Collaborate with marketing for feedback on lead quality and improvements. * Track key metrics to improve response times, conversion rates, and efficiency.
