We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Strategy to join our team and play a key role in building impactful products & services, developing new business models, and leveraging our 450 tech talents to measurably transform organisations with AI, Big Data &. As part of our newly established consulting unit, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the foundation of a growing advisory practice with the creative freedom and start-up mentality of a young business, while benefiting from the backing of a fast-growing, established tech company.

As a Digital Strategist within Impact Studios, you will help organisations identify, design and launch AI-powered products, services and transformation initiatives that generate measurable business value.

You will work at the intersection of business, technology and innovation, partnering with clients and Plain Concepts experts to transform opportunities into scalable solutions.

Beyond project delivery, you will contribute to the creation of reusable frameworks, innovation assets and methodologies that accelerate Impact Studios' growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Execution & Project Delivery

- Support clients in identifying opportunities where AI, data and technology can create business impact.
- Contribute to the design and validation of new digital products, services and business models.
- Participate in discovery, market research, opportunity assessment and business case creation.
- Support AI adoption and digital transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.

Delivery & Execution

- Work closely with engineering, AI, cloud and data teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Translate business challenges into clear requirements, user journeys and solution concepts.
- Monitor project KPIs, adoption metrics and business outcomes.
- Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and delivery execution

AI & Emerging Technologies

- Stay informed about AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, automation and cloud trends.
- Support the design of AI-powered use cases and solution roadmaps.




- Contribute to experimentation and proof-of-concept initiatives.

Studio Growth

- Contribute to internal methodologies, frameworks and reusable assets.
- Support proposal creation, client presentations and thought leadership initiatives.
- Participate in innovation workshops and business development activities.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, product, innovation or technology projects.
- Experience collaborating with software development teams.
- Understanding of AI, cloud and data concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish.

Nice to Have

- Experience with GenAI solutions and Microsoft AI ecosystem.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean Startup or Product Discovery methodologies.
- Experience with Power Platform, Copilot Studio or automation tools.
- Exposure to business case development and innovation projects.

Success Indicators. After 12 months you will:

- Independently manage workstreams within client engagements.
- Facilitate discovery and innovation sessions.
- Design opportunity assessments and business cases.
- Contribute to Impact Studios methodologies and assets.
