You will work with senior stakeholders—including CFOs, CEOs, and PE sponsors—to assess financial operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that deliver measurable results. This is a hands-on role that combines leadership, problem-solving, client delivery, and team development. Directors play a critical role in building client trust, delivering projects to high standards, and contributing to the growth and reputation of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end client engagements,



from scoping to execution - Serve as the primary point of contact for CFOs, finance leaders, and sponsors - Design and implement performance improvement initiatives across finance processes (e.g. FP&A;, reporting, close cycle, cash flow forecasting) - Drive finance transformation through systems, data, and operating model changes - Support cash visibility and liquidity optimization initiatives - Manage and mentor high-performing project teamsDevelop client relationships and contribute to business development through proposals, pitches, and client meetings - Ensure the quality, timeliness, and impact of all deliverables - Collaborate with other A&M; service lines as needed (e.g., Transaction Advisory, Restructuring, Digital) Key Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in finance transformation, performance improvement, transaction services, or related areas - Experience in top-tier consulting, Private Equity-backed environments, or finance leadership roles in corporates - Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to lead teams in complex client settings - Excellent understanding of financial processes, operating models, and performance metrics - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with C-level executives - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is a plus - Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus) - Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CFA, ACA or equivalent qualification preferred What We Offer:
