In this role you drive master data standards and governance for Pharma Technical Operations, enabling trusted data across global systems. You collaborate with PT and IT stakeholders to map data landscapes and close gaps, ensuring consistent terminology and high data quality. You will document data lineage, catalogs, and dictionaries to meet regulatory and user requirements and support scalable data ecosystems. • Define, support, and execute master data standards across PT domains aligned with general value chain requirements
• Collaborate with PT and IT stakeholders to map data landscape and identify gaps
• Partner with Data Stewards, System Owners, and Data Product teams to implement global standards in systems and local initiatives
• Document and maintain data lineage, catalogs, and dictionaries to meet regulatory, CMO, and end-user access requirements




• Maintain consistent terminology across PT platforms to ensure data health and integrity
• Oversee compliance with data standards, assess deviations, perform impact assessments, and escalate systemic risks
• Track KPIs and work with Data Steward Leads to mitigate data quality issues and close standards gaps across source systems

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in master data standards, data governance, or data management within pharma or healthcare
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (as stated)
• Proven expertise in master, transactional, and reference data standards across complex enterprise landscapes
• Strong data governance principles and SQL proficiency for data interrogation
• Familiarity with data cataloging/quality solutions (Collibra, Monte Carlo, Ataccama) and cloud environments (AWS or Snowflake)
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain technical standards to diverse stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, capable of independent work toward strategic goals
