Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the S/4HANA migration initiatives, guiding the business through transformation and change. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning outcomes with the strategic vision. You’ll coordinate internal and external resources, facilitate workshops, and manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk end-to-end. You report to IT leadership and collaborate across global hubs, driving impactful IT projects that enable ALK’s digital transformation and allergy-focused mission.

Responsabilidades
• Master in Engineering
• Proven experience in IT project management, ideally within ERP or large-scale transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills, and ability to support a business through change
• Structured, organized and proactive working style
• Familiarity with SAP and S/4HANA; experience in an S/4HANA journey is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with GxP pharma environments is desirable but not mandatory
