- We aren’t looking for an SDR to just follow a pre-written playbook; we are looking for our Founding SDR for the DACH market. Working directly alongside our Founding Account Executive, you will be employee number one on the SDR side, responsible for building the outbound engine from scratch

- Your core focus will be opening doors with SMB decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Finance Directors), while strategically mapping and testing outreach to adjacent personas like holding structures, PE/VC portfolio leads, and family offices

- If you want the autonomy of a founding team member, want to write the prospecting playbook, and want to establish the top-of-funnel blueprint for Vivid in Germany, this role is for you

- Build the Outbound Engine: Architect, build, and test our cold outreach sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn targeting SMB decision-makers across Germany

- Map & Test New Personas: Experiment with outreach strategies for secondary personas, including holding companies, VC/PE portfolio managers, and corporate service providers, to help define our expanded ICP

- Generate High-Volume Pipeline: Own top-of-funnel growth by sourcing, qualifying, and booking high-intent discovery meetings for the Founding Account Executive

- Design the Playbook: Partner directly with Sales Leadership to document what works, establishing the framework, templates, and best practices for future SDR hires

- Leverage AI & Sales Infrastructure: Help select, implement, and optimize our AI-native prospecting stack, utilizing AI tools to automate research, trigger tracking, and hyper-personalized messaging





- Continuous Feedback Loop: Gather market feedback from prospect interactions to help refine product positioning, objections handling, and GTM messaging

- 1–3 years of outbound prospecting experience (SDR/BDR) in B2B FinTech, SaaS, or financial services, preferably within the DACH market
