Experteer Overview
In this role you partner with assigned departments to strengthen Payoneer's risk governance and risk culture. You will lead ERM initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and translate complex business information into actionable risk insights for senior leadership. You’ll collaborate with Compliance, Information Security, Legal, and Audit to create an integrated risk view in a fast-paced, global fintech environment. This position offers impact across strategy, product, and operations by identifying and mitigating significant risks. You will drive improvements in ERM methodologies and stakeholder training while delivering clear risk reporting and governance materials.

• Act as the ERM business partner for assigned departments and build relationships with risk owners
• Develop deep understanding of department objectives, processes, dependencies, and risk exposures
• Lead stakeholder interviews, risk assessments, and risk deep dives to identify risks
• Support core ERM initiatives: enterprise risk assessments, monitoring, risk appetite and KRIs, risk events, and reporting
• Provide Second Line challenge on risk ratings, control effectiveness, mitigation plans, and risk acceptance
• Analyze risk data to identify trends and emerging concerns
• Translate discussions into concise risk insights for management and governance forums




• Monitor strategic and operational changes that may affect risk profile
• Coordinate with Compliance, Information Security, Legal, and Audit for integrated risk oversight
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and governance materials for stakeholders
• Track risk mitigation progress and escalate as needed
• Support continuous improvement of ERM methodologies and data quality
• Promote risk awareness and contribute to a strong risk culture through training and guidance
• Lead assigned ERM projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Responsabilidades
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management and Second Line responsibilities
• Knowledge of inherent vs. residual risk, control effectiveness, risk appetite, KRIs, risk events, issues, and mitigation planning
• Business acumen and curiosity across departments, models, processes, and risk profiles
• Ability to conduct interviews, facilitate risk discussions, and challenge stakeholders
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify patterns and derive risk insights
• Proven relationship-building with business leaders and risk/control functions
• Project management skills to oversee initiatives from planning to delivery
• Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional team, in a regulated fintech environment
