Role Description This is an on-site, contract role for a Human Resources Manager based in Valencia.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The role involves partnering with leadership to identify staffing needs, support workforce planning, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR documentation, handling employee inquiries, coordinating training and development initiatives, and maintaining HR systems and data accuracy.

The Human Resources

Manager will also support culture-building activities and help create a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with the company’s values.

Qualifications

- Proven experience leading an HR function or managing the full employee lifecycle, with the ability to establish priorities and drive the People agenda across the organization.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience advising and partnering with senior management on people-related decisions and organizational matters.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding, including the ability to build scalable processes as the organization grows.
- Experience with performance management, career development, succession planning, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.




- Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex situations with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
- Experience developing, implementing, and continuously improving HR policies, processes, and procedures aligned with business needs and company culture.
- Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law, employment regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace ethics.
- Experience managing HR administration, HRIS platforms, employee documentation, contracts, payroll coordination, and HR reporting.
- Ability to define and monitor HR metrics and KPIs, using people data to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Experience supporting organizational development, change management, and company growth, including organizational design and evolving roles and responsibilities.
- Ability to foster a strong company culture and translate company values into practical people initiatives and management practices.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to support managers in developing their teams and strengthening their people-management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- High level of ownership, autonomy, and business acumen, with the ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on HR responsibilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Valencia and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a technology, engineering, industrial, or manufacturing environment is highly valued.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, relevant HR certifications or postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
