International Sales Support Specialist (With professional development towards B2B sales)

Twenty-five years later, we are a company of nearly 60 people dedicated to creating, designing, and manufacturing games and miniatures in Galicia for an international market that values us for the quality of our products and the service we provide to our customers.

Our International Sales team is looking to recruit someone who will start by supporting sales management and our international B2B customers, with the goal of progressively developing into an International B2B Sales role.

Here are some of your daily challenges

- You manage and track B2B customer orders, keeping information in our ERP up to date.
- You prepare and process pro-form invoices, delivery notes, and invoices, and participate in collection processes and payment systems in collaboration with the Accounting department.
- You manage shipments with the warehouse and international transport companies, handling tracking and the necessary documentation for transport, import, and export operations.
- You handle inquiries and issues from B2B clients regarding their orders and shipments.

As you gain knowledge and experience, you will progressively take on more commercial responsibilities, becoming increasingly involved in customer relationships and international B2B sales. Do you fit this description?

- 1–2 years of experience in international trade, commercial administration, order management, logistics, or B2B customer service.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English is essential.



A second foreign language is an asset.
- You are an organized and proactive person with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- You hold a Higher Technician qualification in International Trade or similar training.
- You are proficient in an ERP system and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Driver's license and own vehicle (required due to the company's location).
- And if you also have an interest in wargames and/or board games, we will highly value that.

What we offer

- You will receive guidance and training from the team to familiarize yourself with our processes, products, markets, and customers.
- Full-time, 40 hours a week. Did we mention that we respect your personal time? 40 hours means 40 hours. Plus, adaptable scheduling makes it easier to balance work with your personal life.
- Initial 6-month contract, with genuine opportunities for continued employment and professional development within the department.
- A total of 23 working days of holidays + our 5 “Corvus” holidays + one and a half days of personal leave + a game day.
- Possibility of remote work (25% of monthly working hours).
