Tomorrowland is expanding its activities to Ibiza and is therefore looking for a hands-on and experienced IT Manager.

ROLE PURPOSE The IT Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliable, secure and efficient operation of all IT infrastructure and technology systems supporting the new project in Ibiza.

The role combines IT operations, systems management, technology projects, cybersecurity, vendor management and cross-functional support within a premium hospitality and entertainment environment.

The IT Manager will play a key role throughout the pre-opening and operational phases, ensuring that technology effectively supports the business, operational teams and guest experience.

This is not a traditional IT support role. We are looking for a hands-on, proactive and business-oriented technology professional who can combine strong technical knowledge with sound operational judgement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

IT Operations & Infrastructure

- Oversee day-to-day IT operations across the property, ensuring the reliability and availability of networks, Wi-Fi, hardware, telephony, devices and critical infrastructure.
- Manage IT support, incidents, maintenance, upgrades and technical interventions.
- Maintain IT assets, licences, documentation and operational procedures.
- Ensure IT infrastructure is scalable and fit for the operational needs of the business.

Systems & Technology

- Oversee the implementation, operation and support of key business and hospitality technology systems.
- Coordinate with Tomorrowland HQ and TML Development on ticketing, reservations, CRM and guest-facing technologies.
- Work closely with Finance and HR on payment, finance and people-related systems where applicable.
- Ensure effective integration, connectivity and data flow between systems and platforms.




- Partner with department heads to understand technology needs, resolve operational issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate system testing, documentation, training and user adoption.

Pre-Opening & Technology Projects

- Lead IT-related pre-opening projects, implementation plans and technology readiness.
- Ensure critical infrastructure, systems and integrations are delivered, tested and operational ahead of opening.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, HR, F&B;, Commercial, Guest Experience, Security and external technology providers.
- Identify technology risks and establish appropriate contingency and business continuity plans.

Cybersecurity & Data Protection

- Implement and maintain appropriate cybersecurity, access control and data protection standards.
- Manage user access, permissions and authentication across systems.
- Ensure effective backup, recovery and business continuity procedures.
- Support GDPR and data protection compliance.
- Work closely with Tomorrowland HQ IT on cybersecurity, governance and technology standards.

Vendors, Budget & Cost Management

- Manage IT suppliers, software providers, telecom companies and external technology partners.
- Monitor service levels, supplier performance and contract compliance.
- Support technology procurement and contract management.
- Manage the IT budget, including operational and CAPEX expenditure,



ensuring effective use of resources and technology investments.

User Support & Collaboration

- Act as the main IT point of contact for the property, providing responsive support to all departments.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, equipment, system access and user training.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, HR, Commercial, F&B;, Security and Guest Experience.
- Maintain strong communication and alignment with Tomorrowland HQ IT / Technology.

PROFILE & EXPERIENCE

We are looking for a hands-on and solution-oriented IT professional with strong technical knowledge and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment.

- Proven experience in IT management or a similar senior IT role, ideally within hospitality, luxury hospitality, entertainment, events or another operationally complex environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, connectivity, hardware and business systems.
- Experience with hospitality technologies such as PMS, POS, CRM, reservations, payments or ticketing systems is highly desirable.
- Proven experience managing technology projects, system implementations and integrations.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity, GDPR, data protection and business continuity.
- Experience managing IT suppliers, budgets, contracts, licences and technology assets.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Fluent English required; Spanish highly desirable.
