Experteer Overview
As an On-Demand Finance Analyst, you will own B2B debt and Direct Debit operations to safeguard cash flow and enable scalable FinOps processes. You’ll work across Commercial and Legal teams to reduce bad debt, optimize Direct Debit collections, and automate daily finance workflows. The role focuses on data-driven problem solving, process modernization, and cross-functional collaboration to support rapid growth. This is a chance to shape the financial backbone of a fast-growing on-demand platform and its merchant ecosystem.

• End-to-End B2B Debt Management: analyze and reduce bad debt, coordinate with Commercial and Legal teams
• Direct Debit Optimization: own collection strategy, analyze payment rejections, drive fixes across markets
• FinOps Automation u0026 Tooling: build models/trackers, document SOPs, define Product u0026 Tech requirements for automation
• Partner Escalation u0026 Billing Support:



handle complex partner billing escalations with Account Managers and external partners
• Financial Data Integrity: monitor and fix billing data discrepancies with Financial Systems, GBS, and Data teams

Responsabilidades
• 1–3+ years in Financial Operations, O2C, Strategic Finance, Accounting, or Data/Business Analysis
• Foundational O2C knowledge: invoicing, debt aging, Direct Debit, reconciliations
• Root-cause problem solving abilities
• Data u0026 tooling proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for large datasets and trackers
• Clear English communication, both written and spoken
