Experteer Overview
In this role you will define and lead the long-term vision for your category within TikTok Shop, owning Pu0026amp;L and driving profitable growth. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, onboard and develop sellers, and partner with product, operations and marketing to unlock livestream and short-video commerce. You will navigate a fast-changing environment to scale the category, shaping the ecosystem for merchants and creators. This is an opportunity to impact the future of e-commerce on a global platform from Madrid.

• Own full Pu0026L for the category including topline and profitability
• Leverage industry knowledge and network to fuel growth
• Build and lead a high-performing team (hiring, development, coaching)
• Identify, prioritize, and onboard new sellers to shape the category ecosystem
• Drive end-to-end seller development and optimize performance
• Collaborate with operations,

• Fluent in Spanish and English
