As Vice President Sales & Revenue, you will define and execute the group’s global commercial strategy across a luxury hotel and resort portfolio. You will lead a centralized commercial organization to accelerate growth, optimize profitability, and build scalable processes for expansion. You will manage revenue across all channels and drive pricing, forecasting, and inventory optimization. You will provide strategic market insights to executive leadership and Partner with travel networks and stakeholders to support openings and acquisitions. This is a high-impact role shaping the company’s international growth.

Responsabilidades




- Develop and execute the integral Sales & Revenue strategy for all properties
- Scale a centralized commercial organization to support portfolio growth
- Drive revenue performance through sales, distribution and optimization
- Oversee all revenue channels: Global Sales, MICE, Leisure, Key Accounts, Consortia, Wholesalers, Bedbanks, OTAs
- Lead group-wide Revenue Management: pricing, forecasting and inventory optimization
- Own annual commercial planning, budgeting and forecasting across the portfolio
- Establish commercial standards, KPIs and performance frameworks
- Build relationships with strategic partners and industry stakeholders
- Support commercial readiness for hotel openings, acquisitions and expansion
- Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
