Over the past 15 years, we have developed and delivered more than 50 residential projects, building a strong reputation for quality, distinctive architecture, refined interiors, and meticulous attention to detail. Our work spans the entire development process: from the initial concept and site acquisition through architecture, interior design, construction, delivery, and post-completion home services.
While every project has its own identity, all share the same Perlentaucher standards: thoughtful design, high-quality materials, precise execution, and a strong sense of place.
We are looking for an Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing architecture and design team and contribute to the development of unique luxury projects in Mallorca.
This role is suited to someone who understands that exceptional design goes beyond attractive images.



It involves creating a coherent experience across architecture, spatial planning, materials, lighting, furniture, detailing, and the way people ultimately live in a home.
You should be able to develop an initial idea into a clear and compelling design proposal, communicate it visually, and work carefully through the details required to make the proposal buildable, functional, and commercially relevant.
Develop architectural and interior design concepts for high-end residential projects.
Translate the Perlentaucher design language into elegant, contemporary Mediterranean homes.
Contribute to projects from early concept and design development through to final presentation and implementation.
Prepare plans, layouts, elevations, material concepts, furniture proposals, moodboards, and design presentations.
Produce high-quality 3D visualisations and renderings for internal reviews, client presentations, and market
