Your tasks

As a Junior ESG Consultant (m/f/d), you will support our international clients in sustainability, ESG and regulatory issues and accompany them in their practical implementation.

Your tasks will include, in particular:

- Support in the analysis of sustainability, ESG and regulatory requirements
- Research and preparation of new legal and regulatory requirements
- Support in the preparation of ESG and sustainability reports
- Analysis and preparation of company and sustainability data
- Preparation of concepts, action plans and project documentation
- Preparation and support for workshops and customer meetings
- Collaboration with customers and different departments
- Use and further development of digital tools and AI-supported solutions
- Familiarization with new topics and development of your own professional focus
- Support in the development of new consulting services and digital services

Your profile You don't have to be an ESG expert yet. What is important to us is interest,



analytical thinking and the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.

Ideally, you should have:

- Degree or equivalent qualification in sustainability, environment, economics, environmental sciences or a related field
- Initial practical experience through internships, working student work or initial projects is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
- Interest in sustainability, ESG, environmental management and regulatory issues
- Good analytical and conceptual skills
- A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Confident handling of common IT and Office applications
- Interest in software, data analysis and artificial intelligence
- High willingness to learn and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics
- Very good knowledge of Spanish and English (at least C1)
