Responsibilities * Act as key operational partner for regulatory compliance for sustainability. * Drive day-to-day execution and provide regulatory insights. * Ensure general compliance of HP products with environmental regulations and market access requirements. * Maintain visibility on regulations, trends, implementation status, risks, and challenges across regions. * Prepare and support monthly compliance reviews and reporting. * Track and resolve off-track items, driving actions and mitigation plans. * Support the development and quality of Working Assumptions and regulatory interpretations. * Act as packaging sustainability SME for customer inquiries and requirements. * Collaborate with HP product stewards to set and drive HP’s sustainability strategies and goals across functions. * Monitor industry trends, technologies, and competitor landscape. Requirements * Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, Environmental Science or related field. * Knowledge and understanding of sustainability topics (ESG, recycling, circular economy, etc.) * Strong project management skills * Using data and AI tools * Typically, 2+ years’ experience in packaging design, sustainability,



compliance or with relevant work experience. * Desirable: experience/specialist knowledge of Extended Producer Responsibility (including WEEE and Batteries), Packaging or Product Repair & Longevity * Proven project management skills to lead projects and programs with team members from diverse technical backgrounds. * Ability to collaborate successfully, coordinating and directing virtual, matrixed teams and resources to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and solve complex problems. * Effective written and verbal communication skills; mastery of English. * Willingness to thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic environment. * Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills. * Self‑motivated to make progress towards goals autonomously as needed. * Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines. * Experience or understanding of productivity software and tools, including AI, Power BI, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams. * Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, results, and requests at the senior management level. #J-18808-Ljbffr
