Girona Racing Academy is looking for an ambitious, self-driven person to lead sales and grow our general triathlon community.

The role

This is a part time position of around 20 hours per week, spread across five weekdays. Hours are set, with a mix of morning and afternoon sessions and occasional evening calls with partners and community members around the world. You'll be based in Girona and work independently, with a clear focus on growth.

What you'll do

- Drive sales and build new commercial relationships for the academy
- Grow and engage our community of triathletes, online and locally in Girona
- Plan, create and manage content across our social media channels
- Look after our wider content, keeping our messaging consistent and our audience growing
- Spot new opportunities to expand the academy's international presence

What we're looking for

- A genuine passion for triathlon and endurance sport
- A relevant background, such as studies in marketing, communications, sport or business




- You enjoy a sales challenge and are motivated by hitting targets
- You're comfortable working alone and managing your own time
- Working proficiency in English (essential); Spanish or Catalan is a plus
- Based in Girona
- Able to work legally in Spain as an autónomo and invoice for your services

Nice to have

- Strong knowledge of Strava and how athletes and clubs use it
- A good understanding of the US racing and athlete development landscape
- An existing network in the triathlon or endurance sports industry
