In this field sales role, you will drive local sales plans and cultivate customer relationships to grow existing accounts and win new ones. You will align with SBU strategy, manage CRM-driven opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer needs while advancing sustainable sales. The position focuses on B2B industrial customers in the Northwest of Spain, offering growth within a global company and exposure to data-driven selling. You will contribute to market insights and competitive awareness to shape territory performance.

Responsabilidades
- Execute local sales plans (short, mid, long term) aligned with SBU strategy to grow existing and acquire new customers
- Manage customer roadmap and close growth opportunities in the ACE CRM
- Implement pricing actions and maintain customer/distributor relationships
- Provide input on customer needs, business trends, and competitive landscape within the territory
- Coordinate with TCS for line trials and processing customer requests and complaints
- Deliver KPI targets for territory performance (OSG and PC %)
- Ensure sales strategies align with sustainability goals
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and positioning
- Leverage CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to boost sales performance

Requisitos principales
- Living area in North West of Spain (Lugo, La Coruna, Asturias)
- Field-focused work 70–80% with B2B industrial customers
- Experience in sales within xqbhy
