Role Description The Operario de CNC will work full time on-site at our facility in Ripollet, operating CNC machines to produce precision components according to technical drawings and specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and adjusting CNC equipment, loading and unloading materials, monitoring machining processes, and performing basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation. The role also involves inspecting parts, verifying dimensions, and documenting production data to meet quality and traceability requirements for medical and aerospace customers.

The CNC Operator will collaborate with the production and quality teams to resolve issues, optimize workflows,



and support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

- CNC-related technical skills: Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and Machining for CNC turning and milling processes.
- Production process skills: Candidates should possess skills in Turning and Machinery handling in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Quality and inspection skills: Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including dimensional inspection and adherence to technical specifications.
- Education and experience: Vocational or technical training in machining, mechanical manufacturing, or related field, and prior experience as a CNC operator or machinist in industrial settings.
- Additional qualifications: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, basic knowledge of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers), attention to detail, commitment to safety, and willingness to work in shifts if required.
- Soft skills: Strong teamwork and communication abilities, reliability in meeting production targets, and openness to learning and continuous improvement.
