? People Ops Specialist // €36K - €42K Annual salary // Remote work (Valladolid)

Your mission:

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to serve as the operational backbone and a close, reliable point of contact for the HR department at mlean.

In this role, you will be the day-to-day engine of the People area, responsible for providing agile responses to the team, optimizing and automating internal workflows through digital tools, keeping our metrics dashboards up to date, and coordinating administrative and labor management with our external consultancy. Your purpose will be to connect business strategy and goals with talent development, acting as a bridge between the company's vision and the daily operations of our teams.

Key responsibilities:

- Employee Assistance & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day questions, inquiries, or issues, creating an environment of trust, active listening, and fast responses focused on providing practical solutions for the company's common good.
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure administrative compliance with required programs based on workforce size (Equality Plans, LGTBI protocol, EcoVadis, UN Global Compact). Serve as the direct liaison with the external labor consultancy for managing contracts, salary concepts, offboarding procedures, inquiries, and annual updates on legal novelties.
- Corporate Goals Development: Define, drive, and support the achievement of annual goals set by Management, facilitating alignment and coordination across different teams.
- Employee Lifecycle Management (Onboarding & Offboarding): Coordinate and execute onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring an excellent employee experience and proper procedures tailored to mlean's operations.
- Conflict Management: Manage the dialogued resolution of conflicts with empathy and tact. Manage and guide the required administrative procedures in each situation.




- Metrics & Control Panel (People Analytics): Creation, maintenance, and reporting of an HR dashboard to monitor key KPIs such as turnover or eNPS, alert Management to any deviations, and propose preventive actions to retain critical talent.
- Development & Performance: Monitor department climate in coordination with employee "one-to-one" meetings to identify needs. Support team leads in performance reviews, development plans, or monitoring supervision periods when necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Critical analysis of current department processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using technological tools, generating clean, documented, and scalable processes.

Your profile:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in operational HR management, People Operations, or generalist roles, preferably in technology companies, B2B SaaS, or dynamic environments.
- Location & Availability: Reside in Valladolid or province (Castilla y León). You will enjoy a flexible work model combining remote work with on-site presence at our office in Valladolid. In People Operations, proximity makes the difference, and physical presence is key—not only for day-to-day operational reasons, but also to build relationships of trust, stay close to the team, and provide constant human support.
- Languages: Demonstrable fluent level of English (B2/C1) and native or bilingual Spanish.
- Organization & Methodology: Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented profile, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize,



and meet strict deadlines.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, empathy, active listening, and the ability to build trusting relationships with both employees and department leads.
- Digital Mindset: Natural curiosity and initiative for technology, cloud tools, data dashboards, and workflow automation (Google Workspace, HR management platforms, etc.).
- Team Management: Previous experience and demonstrated skills in team management and leadership.
