In this Director role within CFO Services, you will lead complex finance transformation programs for senior client executives, including CFOs, CEOs, and PE sponsors. You’ll drive performance improvements across finance processes, operating models, and liquidity initiatives, while building trust and mentoring project teams. The role blends hands-on delivery with leadership and business development to strengthen client outcomes and the firm’s reputation. You will work across services and industries to scale impact and deliver measurable value.

• Lead end-to-end client engagements from scoping to execution
• Serve as primary contact for CFOs, finance leaders, and sponsors
• Design and implement performance improvement initiatives across finance processes
• Drive finance transformation through systems, data, and operating model changes

Responsabilidades
• 8–12 years in finance transformation, performance improvement, transaction services, or related areas
• Experience in top-tier consulting, PE-backed environments, or corporate finance leadership
• Strong leadership and project management with experience leading teams in complex settings
• Excellent understanding of financial processes, operating models, and performance metrics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with C-level stakeholders
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) a plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus
• Bachelor's degree; MBA, CFA, ACA or equivalent preferred
