- Design intuitive solutions for complex end-to-end processes, including automated flight changes and subscription retention
- Improve internal agent tools and customer self-service experiences using user insights
- Use qualitative and quantitative research, market trends, and best practices to inform design decisions
- Participate in user research activities and usability studies
- Connect design strategies with business goals, KPIs, metrics, and measurable outcomes
- Use Service Blueprinting to design interconnected service levels, internal processes, and tools
- Lead Voice AI and chatbot flows for phone and chat interactions
- Translate business rules and technical constraints into visual flows and diagrams
- Design corner cases and error-handling experiences
- Provide functional specifications to front-end engineers
- Contribute to the Design System to support scalability and code consistency
- Align with operations and product leads on operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics
- Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate design value and influence stakeholders through user experience and KPI impact.

Требования

- 5+ Years of experience in Product Design, including substantial experience with B2B, SaaS, Enterprise Tools, or complex Fintech/Logistics products




- Proven experience mapping complex end-to-end user and agent journeys across digital and operational touchpoints
- Ability to understand how changes in one part of a flow affect the broader ecosystem
- Practical and conceptual understanding of Voice and Chatbot interaction patterns, multimodal models, and prompt design
- High proficiency in visualizing complex logic with tools such as FigJam, Miro, or Lucidchart
- Proactive interest in AI tools and Generative AI opportunities
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to justify design decisions that improve efficiency and resolution rates
- Experience working with existing component libraries and design systems and providing clear developer specifications
- Nice to have: Experience in Conversational UX or Voice User Interface (VUI) design, travel tech or complex booking/disruption management systems, familiarity with integrating AI models and LLMs into product UI/UX.
