Your mission

You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of projects, from the initial enquiry and feasibility analysis through to validation, delivery and final closure with the customer. You will combine technical insight, planning, financial monitoring and customer focus to ensure the successful development of every project.

Key responsibilities

- Manage plastic injection mold projects from initiation through to completion.
- Analyse the technical feasibility of each project in collaboration with the engineering, production and sales teams.
- Define and control project schedules, milestones, deadlines, costs, risks and resources.
- Act as the customer's main technical point of contact throughout all project phases.
- Coordinate communication and information flow between customers, suppliers, tool shops, engineering and production.
- Oversee project quality and compliance with the agreed technical specifications.
- Manage engineering changes, modifications, optimisations and corrective actions.
- Proactively identify risks, deviations and technical issues, proposing appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present the technical studies required to validate the different project phases.
- Coordinate mold manufacture, modification, repair, fine-tuning and approval.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure deadlines, quality standards and agreed conditions are met.
- Prepare and monitor purchase orders and project-related documentation.
- Participate in trials, validations and approval processes with customers and partners.
- Coordinate shipments and project-related logistics when required.
- Provide regular reports on progress, costs, risks and the main indicators for each project.




- Analyse processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs and optimise lead times.

Candidate profile

Education and experience

- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or managing technical projects related to plastic injection molds.
- Knowledge of mold design, manufacture, machining, fitting, modification, fine-tuning and validation processes.
- Experience coordinating customers, suppliers and technical teams.
- Additional training in project management will be valued.

Technical knowledge

- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Experience with CAD tools; knowledge of NX / Unigraphics will be particularly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for planning, monitoring and reporting.
- Knowledge of mold validation, trial and approval processes.
- Ability to monitor projects from both a technical and financial perspective.

Languages and availability

- Professional English, both spoken and written.
- Fluent Spanish.
- French will be valued.
- Availability to travel within Spain and occasionally across Europe, depending on project requirements.
