Main purpose and responsibilities of job as Technical Architect:
- Evaluate project feasibility from both a business and regulatory/technical perspective.
- Develop business cases, project plans, and budgets for each assignment.
- Ensure landlords and contractors implement concept drawings correctly and in line with applicable regulations.
- Continuously monitor construction against specifications and carry out regular site inspections.
- Source and onboard new contractors and suppliers when needed.
- Keep projects on schedule, flag risks early, and manage handover to operations.

Administration and Follow-up:
- Provide regular updates to management on project status.
- Manage and follow up investment and project budgets across all assigned projects.
