Workster is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Swedish speaking Sales Representative to join their offices in Valencia. Your Role * Engage with private and business customers by phone and email * Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services * Confidently guide customers toward the best solutions and close deals with enthusiasm * Follow up on warm leads—no cold calling required * Quickly assess client needs and offer tailored recommendations * Accurately log customer interactions and share feedback to support continuous improvement * Build long-term relationships by turning prospects into loyal customers. Your Qualifications * Native/fluent in Swedish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level) * Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging personality * Commercial mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets * Previous sales experience is an advantage,
