Experteer Overview
In this role you will own Factorial's Identity u0026amp; Access Management architecture, designing and automating a scalable identity ecosystem to support hypergrowth. You will collaborate with the Systems team and bridge Legal, Security, and Infrastructure to align access governance. You’ll build automated provisioning workflows to handle massive onboarding waves and leverage AI-enabled tooling to accelerate operations. This is a hands-on position with a focus on clean, scalable cloud solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in IT Systems, Cloud Infrastructure, or IAM environments
• Deep knowledge of identity governance, provisioning, lifecycle management, and directory structures
• Scripting fundamentals
• Experience in fast-paced, scale-up environments with high onboarding volumes
• Familiarity with modern automated SaaS management tools and AI-enabled ops (Nice to have: YepCode)
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders
