Ardora III‑V is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our III‑V foundry team in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You will drive epitaxy process performance across GaN, InP and GaAs, developing and transferring recipes, and leading DOE experiments to improve yield and reliability. You will partner with technology, device engineering, metrology and production to align specifications with customer needs, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure safety and quality standards.
