As a Senior SailPoint Architect & Integration Engineer, you will define and implement the SailPoint architecture to enable scalable identity governance. You will work closely with the Product Owner and Technical Lead to design access models, develop integrations and connectors, and establish data governance foundations. You’ll drive governance, security, and data quality initiatives across the IAM landscape.

This role offers hands-on technical leadership in a dynamic, international environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsabilidades

Define the SailPoint solution architecture in collaboration with key stakeholders

Establish implementation standards and best practices for SailPoint

Design scalable identity governance processes and RBAC/ABAC models

Translate business requirements into SailPoint configurations and capabilities

Advise on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud capabilities and limitations

Design and implement integrations and connectors with target applications

Develop and customize SailPoint connectors where required

Define API integration patterns and standards





Troubleshoot complex connector and provisioning issues

Assess identity data quality and establish data governance processes

Lead role mining, entitlements modelling, and governance around role ownership

Coach team members on SailPoint best practices

Review designs, support complex troubleshooting, and document processes

Drive technical decision-making in identity governance architecture

Requisitos principales

5+ years of Identity & Access Management experience

3+ years of hands-on SailPoint implementation experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline

SailPoint certifications

Experience with cloud-native integration xugodme patterns

Experience migrating from another IGA platform

Knowledge of identity data management and data remediation programs

Familiarity with Entra ID, Okta, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday or SuccessFactors

Strong knowledge of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, provisioning workflows, identity lifecycle management, and access certifications

Experience building REST API integrations, custom connectors, and event-driven provisioning leadership and mentoring clear communication problem-solving orientated
