Wibe Group is seeking a Technical Manager to lead product design, industrialisation and process improvement while overseeing maintenance at the largest factory. You will manage an organization of ~15 employees, including one manager and eight direct reports, with process engineers and maintenance staff. You will guide design-for-manufacture, design-for-assembly, qualification activities and drive productivity, quality, capacity and cost efficiency across the sites.
