Detailed Responsibilities

- Lead UX design projects for mobile platforms (iOS and Android), ensuring exceptional user experience and alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize expert-level Figma skills to create, iterate, and finalize high-fidelity prototypes and design assets.
- Incorporate AI tools (such as Cursor or similar) into the design workflow to optimize efficiency and ideation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, product managers, and developers, to translate quantitative insights into actionable design improvements.
- Simplify complex user journeys that span multiple teams and touchpoints, maintaining clarity and usability.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions and drive user-centric innovation.
- Maintain and enhance established design systems,



ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
- Communicate design concepts, rationale, and findings effectively in English (C1 proficiency required).
- Operate autonomously, quickly adapting to ongoing projects with minimal onboarding.

Skill Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio of mobile product work (iOS and Android).
- Expert proficiency in Figma and design system management.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools (e.g., Cursor) into design workflows.
- Proven experience simplifying complex journeys across multiple teams.
- Comfort working with data analysts and interpreting quantitative data.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 minimum).
- Ability to work independently and rapidly pick up in-flight projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
