As an HR Technology Project Manager, you lead regional HR technology initiatives across multiple countries, aligning local needs with general strategy. You will drive target HR architecture, platform solutions, and integration with downstream systems, while optimizing payroll and time u0026amp; attendance capabilities. You’ll collaborate with HR and IT to improve data quality, efficiency, and operational excellence, and guide decommissioning to maintain a lean IT landscape. This role unfolds in an AI- and cloud-enabled environment, offering high impact across geographies and HR transformation.

Responsabilidades
• Proven project management experience, preferably in HR Technology or transformation environments
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills in international settings
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Highly autonomous and proactive, able to work in fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to manage priorities and deliver under pressure
• Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams
• English mandatory; Spanish or French appreciated
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a strong advantage
