Role purposeThe Associate Director will be responsible for driving the growth of National Executive Education Programs, building and nurturing long-term relationships with senior executives, corporate clients, and alumni, from first contact through admission and beyond.The role blends a strong commercial focus with full responsibility for the participant journey and program delivery experience.



Key responsibilitiesBusiness development & corporate relationsDesign and execution of the marketing and business development planMeetings and presentations to senior executives and HR stakeholders in leading companiesDevelopment of new business opportunities and long-term corporate relationshipsOngoing engagement with corporate clients and alumni networksCandidate lifecycle managementManagement of the full admissions process from enquiry to final admissionContinuous communication and follow-up with candidates and corporate contactsDriving conversion and ensuring cohort occupancy targets are metEvents & representationDesign, organization, and delivery of promotional events and activitiesPublic presentations and representation of the programs to senior audiencesStrong emphasis on communication, storytelling, and executive presenceProgram managementSupervision of operational staff supporting program delivery on campusCoordination of logistics (classrooms, materials, schedules, participant experience)Ensuring a high-quality hospitality and overall participant journeyCollaboration & dev
