Overall Goals:
To manage complex IT / technology implementation projects end-to-end, in highly regulated environments, from initiation to successful closure.
To act as the business delivery lead, ensuring that customer's objectives are met within the agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
To provide structured project governance, stakeholder coordination, and risk control across internal teams, customers, partners, and subcontractors, with a strong focus on effective communication in French and English.
