Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Management activities (SACM) as described in ITIL;
- Practical experience in creating and editing IT drawings in MS Visio;
- Practical experience as license manager.
Duties/role:
- Creating and maintaining up to date the CMDB of CSU Torrejón xhfqzwm in support of our
customer CAOC TJ;
- Controlling themobile phone lines and terminals and acting as software license
manager for the CSU.
