Experteer Overview
In this role you act as the operational backbone of Roche Informatics’ Life Cycle, translating strategy into execution and removing friction for product discovery and delivery. You provide visibility to leadership and protect teams from overhead while maintaining a single source of truth for investments, capacity, and risks. You work across Portfolio Management, Business Operations, and product teams to ensure aligned, decision-ready execution. • Maintain strategic traceability from Portfolio to Life Cycle objectives and cascade context to product groups
• Enable autonomous, high-quality decisions by providing alignment and context to empowered teams
• Establish frameworks for measuring business outcomes (not just output)
• Be the single source of truth for investments, viability, capacity, and risks
• Provide executive visibility and absorb ad-hoc reporting to shield teams
• Maintain consistency across execution systems (Jira, Orion, Monday.com)
• Analyze operational metrics to identify and resolve bottlenecks




• Facilitate ROMA and coordinate critical integration points between Life Cycles
• Track high-level dependencies and remove cross-team impediments as a servant-leader
• Drive adoption of RIS Operating Model (PLCF, mQMS) and integrate frameworks into workflows
• Refine operational processes with RIS Business Operations to protect space for innovation

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in Diagnostics, Life Sciences, or related fields in project management, product operations, or related functions
• Scientific, engineering, or business background with strong operational mindset
• Deep understanding of lifecycle management, product development, and portfolio management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring structure to unclear situations
• Working knowledge of Planisware, Jira, MS-Office, G-Suite; familiarity with Orion, Trello considered a plus
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Willingness to travel 5-15%
