Position OverviewFor this exciting new project launching in summer 2025, we are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to take charge of a specific section of the kitchen—be it grill, cold, sauce, or fish—with confidence and consistency.In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure that your station is impeccably organized, prepped, and ready for high-paced service while delivering dishes that reflect the creative, refined, and elevated standards of our brand. You’ll play a crucial part in the kitchen brigade, collaborating closely with your fellow chefs to guarantee a smooth and memorable guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of your assigned kitchen section, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all timesPrepare, cook, and plate dishes in accordance with our brand’s recipes, presentation guidelines, and portioning standardsUphold the highest levels of food quality, hygiene,
