Задачи: * Own the full recruitment pipeline from kickoff to signed offer * Calibrate with hiring managers to define role requirements before sourcing * Map the market and source candidates directly through LinkedIn, outreach, referrals, and other effective channels * Screen and interview candidates and provide hiring managers with clear recommendations * Drive offer negotiations through signing * Keep the ATS and candidate pipeline accurate and current * Track recruiting metrics, including pipeline generated, time to fill, and offer acceptance rate per role * Act as the main candidate contact throughout the process and protect THEKER's market reputation * Flag underperforming roles or briefs and work with hiring managers to improve them. Требования: * Previous full-cycle recruiting experience, owning sourcing, calibration, screening, interviews, offers, and closing end to end * Proven record of closing candidates,



not just moving them through a pipeline * Comfortable sourcing and engaging candidates directly without dedicated pipeline support * Experience calibrating with hiring managers and challenging briefs that do not match the market * Comfortable working with KPIs and timelines in a fast-moving environment * Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish * Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate * Nice to have: Experience recruiting for engineering, technical, or industrial roles, agency background or experience in a hyper-growth start-up, familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools, a third language beyond English and Spanish.
