IFF is seeking a Process R&D; Laboratory Lead to base in Benicarló, Spain, onsite. You will oversee day-to-day operations of the Process R&D; laboratories, ensure safety and productivity, and coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, EHS, Purchasing, and IT to support capabilities and improvements.
You will drive safe practices, manage equipment lifecycles, and mentor new users while advancing continuous improvement and cost-efficiency across the lab environment.
