You’ll lead cross-functional efforts to accelerate modernization, expand recurring revenue, and boost customer value. You’ll work with sales, technical, project, and partner teams to deliver projects and promote digital, connected, and energy optimization solutions. This position suits a strategic, results-driven leader who thrives on complex, customer-focused programs.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's to Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field
• Proven experience in project management, industrial services, equipment modernization, or service-related activities
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex customer-focused projects
• Strong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and change management skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders, mobilize teams, and make data-driven decisions
