Responsibilities- Company building: Join the core team and help establish deinetuete as a leading provider of sustainable, custom-printed to-go packaging in Europe.- Customer service: Support our customers with questions about orders, delivery times, invoices, products and general inquiries — friendly, solution-oriented and reliable.- Backoffice & Administration: Assist in day-to-day operations, maintain clear structures, coordinate internal processes and ensure tasks are completed reliably.- Accounting: Support preparatory accounting tasks, review documents, prepare invoices and receipts, and work closely with our tax advisor and internal contacts.- Founders Associate: Work directly with executive management, prepare topics, coordinate tasks, research information and help implement operational decisions more quickly.- Process development: Identify recurring issues, help design improved workflows and contribute to making our company more efficient, structured and scalable.Requirements- Outgoing communicator: You are skilled at communication and quickly build new relationships by phone,



email or in person.
