Experteer Overview
In this Senior Analyst role within BCG Vantage, you collaborate with a integral team to deliver value to clients through functional expertise and reusable IP assets. You contribute analysis to cases, proposals, and client workshops, and may travel to service clients on-site. You help develop intellectual property and onboard junior colleagues, while supporting business development and market materials. You work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to shape solutions and drive client impact.

Responsabilidades
• 1–2+ years of consulting in organization design or 2+ years in industry if no consulting experience
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Fluency in English; other languages may be required by location
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• AI experience preferred
